The Associate Director will oversee the outreach functions of the program and will ensure activities are coordinated with other programmatic activities. The selected candidate will work with direct reports to develop and track team-centered and mission-oriented goals and will also engage directly in shelter consultations and training programs in alignment with their area of expertise within shelter medicine. Working with the Director, the AD will develop and implement strategies to increase Access to Care in shelters, including establishing partnerships within UC Davis and externally to build the effectiveness, engagement, and satisfaction of shelter medical teams.
