Overview

Edgewater is recruiting a Senior Management Analyst to support the front office executive assistance task for CISA, infrastructure Security Division.

Responsibilities
    Provide senior level experience that includes technical writing and suggestions for editing of Executive Branch, Congressional, GAO, OMB correspondence as well as drafting briefs, white papers, and reports in support of routine requirements.
  • Provide operational support to senior executive level management, including preparation and review materials submitted for approval to divisions, DHS Offices, DHS Component leadership and external recipients.
  • Provide a comprehensive response to taskers that are prepared by subdivisions for senior management response. This includes working directly with sub- divisions and assisting in reviewing/rewriting a comprehensive response to taskers that would be presented on behalf of the senior level management to the tasker POC.
  • Provide experience in developing tasking reports and analyses, knowledge management, and tracking.
  • Provide senior staff level support on various front office (senior level) administrative functions to include support to the Division-level Executive Leadership by reviewing, designing, developing, and integrating presentations, issue papers, briefings, responses, or other documents in response to internal and external tasks.
  • Work closely with professional, technical, and clerical support staff providing the full range of administrative services as assigned.
  • Understand and be able to articulate the federal agency's strategic plan, mission, vision, and values and communicate this to the team and be able to integrate into the team's strategies, goals, objectives, work plans, products and services.
  • Effectively be able to identify, distribute, and balance workload and tasks among their employees in accordance with established workflows and skill levels.
  • Provide weekly and monthly status reports to the Contracting Officer (CO), Contracting Officer Representative (COR) and the Government Program Manager (PM) for the work their team has performed.
  • Provide personnel with expert level experience in Microsoft suite applications.
Qualifications
  • Possess at least 10 years of experience and a Bachelor's degree
  • The Lead must have at least ten (10) years / senior level experience which includes but is not limited to:
  • Applying previous senior level experience that includes technical editing of Executive Branch, Congressional, GAO, OMB correspondence as well as drafting briefs, white papers, and reports in support of routine requirements.
  • Providing operational support to senior executive level management, including the tasking of preparation and review of materials submitted for approval to division, DHS Offices, DHS Component leadership and external recipients.
  • Experience requires provision of responses to required tasks and management of interaction from/with DHS Offices and Components, as well as at the division level throughout the task management process.
  • Ability to read write and understand English

Preferred Skills:

Leverage the full suite of Microsoft Office 365 (to include PowerPoint, Visio, Project, OneNote, SharePoint, Power BI) for task management, execution, delivery, and knowledge management
