The Manager Food Services plans, organizes, coordinates and directs provision of high quality, cost effective food preparation and kitchen operations of a Metro hospital that meet or exceed the market, community, patient, and hospital expectations while maintaining JCAHO, regulatory, and budget requirements. * Bachelors degree in Food and Nutrition or related field preferred; or graduate of a culinary institute/school; and/or equivalent comparable experience.

* 3 years experience in the Food Service or Hospitality industry

*Culinary Art certification or Registered Dietician certificate preferred

* Must be able to communicate effectively in English (Verbal/Written)

* This job may require the incumbents to operate an INTEGRIS-owned vehicle OR personal vehicle (non INTEGRIS-owned) and therefore must have a current Oklahoma State Driver's License as well as a driving record which is acceptable to our insurance carrier, if applicable.
