Water Quality Project Director - Remote Position

Join Alliance Technical Group's Environmental Services Division from the comfort of your own home! As part of our team, you'll utilize your diverse technical skills across various engineering consulting services, spanning NPDES, air permitting, stormwater management, and more.

Responsibilities:

  • Offer technical, regulatory, and project management support to clients remotely.
  • Exceed annual net revenue targets, aiming for half a million dollars with a profit margin of 20% or higher.
  • Lead projects and nurture key client relationships, overseeing staff management and development.
  • Advocate for technical excellence and employee growth within the organization, collaborating with other Principals to drive our collective vision.

Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Environmental, Biological, or Civil focus) or an Environmental Science field.
  • Minimum 10 years of environmental consulting experience.
  • Proficiency in water-related services crucial to Alliance's clients, such as NPDES, Section 404, stormwater, and wastewater treatment.
  • State license or professional certification as appropriate.
  • Familiarity with project and program management software.
  • Established clientele portfolio comprising Fortune 1000 companies, outside counsel, and developers.

Salary Range:

  • Base Salary: $140,000 - $190,000 per year
  • Bonus: 25% - 40% of the base salary
