Your Role:

As a Child Watch Attendant, you will play a pivotal role in providing a secure and enjoyable environment for children aged 0-7 while their caregivers utilize the Kroc Center's facilities. Your warmth, attentiveness, and ability to create a welcoming atmosphere will ensure that caregivers can focus on their workouts with peace of mind.

What You'll Do:

  • Supervise and engage children aged 0-7 years in age-appropriate activities.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in your care at all times.
  • Provide a welcoming and friendly environment for children and their families.
  • Collaborate with parents to address any specific needs or concerns regarding their child's care.
  • Keep the Child Watch area clean, organized, and well-maintained.

What Are We Looking For:

  • Prior experience working with children, such as babysitting, childcare, or daycare.
  • Passion for creating a positive and fun environment for children.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with children and parents.
  • Basic understanding of child development and safety protocols.
  • First and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain certification).
  • Availability to work evening and weekend shifts.
