Technical Writer
LOCATION - Onsite 5 days a week in Hudson, NH
Type: Contract, w2, 6 months +

Technical Writer Overview:
Our client is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Technical Writer for our Quality and Change Management functions. The tech writer will conceptualize, design, research, write, and modify documentation. This position will write, review and revise technical documents such as Work Instructions, Standard Operating Procedures, Control Plans and Forms in clear and concise language. This position will report to the Sr Manager of Product Compliance.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
* Observers Subject Matter Experts and writes clear, concise, accurate and precise documents.
* Reviews and edit materials submitted from Quality and Technical team members.
* Must have strong written communication skills, knowledge of MadCap Flare, Microsoft Word, Access, and Excel programs, and ability to write in user friendly terms and specific details.
* Must be able to work independently with limited supervision. Create and maintain complex documentation sets, involving highly technical material, under limited supervision.
* Identifies, plans for and revises technical writing project requirements, and researches complex source material for these projects.
* Helps to identify and implement standards and process improvements.
* Performs simultaneous task and project coordination for multiple projects.
* Attends and contribute to product/project team meetings.
* Works with contributors and technical resources to improve document quality and usability.
* Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree is required.
*3-5 years experience Technical Writing in and manufacturing or quality environment.
* Must possess and prove excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
* Must possess solid organization/planning skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel required. Proficiency in MadCap Flare preferred.
