What you will do:

  • Produce reports and assist managers with the analytical interpretation of financial data, perform trend reviews.

  • Maintain timely and accurate financial reporting to meet all deadlines.

  • Compile and analyze financial information to prepare entries to accounts (accruals) and document business transactions.

  • Conduct special financial and business-related studies and work with all departments for continuous improvement.

  • Assist with quarterly forecasts and annual budget process.

  • Participate in and follow all North Coast policies, guidelines, and procedures roll-out and maintenance.

  • Coordinate the Internal Control Annual campaign and action plan follow-up with action owners.

  • Concur champion (Expense and Request module): produce quarterly reporting for managers, review transactions selected for audit and QCR, train and guide users.

What you will bring:

  • Bachelor's degree majoring in Finance, Accounting, Business required OR equivalent combination of degree and experience including at least 3 years of accounting and/or data analysis

    and/or FP&A.

  • Data analytics degree or certification is a plus.

  • 3+ years of accounting and/or data / financial analysis.

  • Experience in data mining and querying in relational databases such as MS access or Power BI.

  • Strong analytical skills required. Attention to detail, accuracy, and organization.

  • Demonstrated time management skills.

  • Presentational and professional speaking skills to communicate closely with executive level management, including Directors, VP and CFO.

  • Microsoft package - overall computer knowledge (Outlook, Teams, OneNote, Excel, Word, PowerPoint), with advanced knowledge in excel, including complex formulas and charts.

  • Data analytics tools (Power BI, Power automate, Alteryx, ....)

  • Able to work with little supervision, flexible in assuming a variety of accounting functions

  • Ability to develop and analyze financial data

  • Ability to handle confidential information.

Physical Requirements and Work Environment:

  • Office environment is mainly seated at a desk.

  • Heavy phone and computer use.

  • Usual 40-hour work week Monday through Friday; however, based on business needs, evening and weekend hours may occasionally be required.

  • Some travel to branches (WA, OR, AK, MT), CDC (Auburn, WA) and / or RDC (Portland, OR) may be required on an ad-hoc basis, and related travel expenses

    will be reimbursed based on pre-approval.

  • Requires punctual regular, and reliable on-site attendance

Salary & Compensation:

  • This position is an exempt position and not subject to overtime.
  • Pay is $70,200 to $89,500 annually, DOE.
