| Responsible and accountable for the daily supervision of staff activities and the flow of supplies through Inventory Control, transportation, and logistics throughout Cone Health. |

| Oversees the daily activities related to Supply Chain Operations for multiple department functionality. -------------------------------------------------- Conducts audits for Inventory Integrity/Accuracy, best practice. -------------------------------------------------- Provides input to departmental budget, manages OT and contributes to monthly variance explanation. -------------------------------------------------- Maintains and or responds to systems/databases (to include patient charge capture) -------------------------------------------------- Assigns and reviews the daily work and training of assigned staff, contributes input to personnel matters. -------------------------------------------------- Serves as a reliable and responsible resource for all hospital personnel regarding supply needs. -------------------------------------------------- |
| EDUCATION: |
| High School Diploma or equivalent, Required Bachelors, Business Administration, Preferred Preferred: Bachelor's in Business Administration or other related field. |
| EXPERIENCE: |
| 3 Years, Required Required: Minimum of three (3) years in Healthcare Materials Management or other related Supply Chain field. |
| LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION/REGISTRY/LISTING: |
| REQUIRED Drivers License | Valid Drivers License If driving a Cone Health vehicle, must have five (5) years of driving experience and MVR must be approved by Risk Management. PREFERRED Certified Purchasing Manager (CPM) or Certified Materials Resource Planner (CMRP) certification. |
