WVU Libraries is currently accepting applications for a Student Supervisor in the area of Knowledge Access and Resource Management.
About the Opportunity
Under the supervision of the Ordering & Receiving Manager, the incumbent is responsible for hiring, budgeting, scheduling and coordinating the evaluation of approximately 8-10 KARM student assistants. They will manage student worker special projects and daily tasks, perform copy cataloging, coordinate all physical gift processing workflows, and provide database maintenance support in the library management system.

Pay grade: 14
Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple workflows concurrently.
Familiarity with library collection management
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate information with attention to detail and accuracy
Basic knowledge of bibliographic records and MARC format.
Excellent computer skills; must be proficient in the use of e-mail, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel.
Excellent interpersonal skills and excellent customer service skills are required.
