Job Description

The Senior Manager oversees the measurement, analysis, and optimization of advertising campaigns across various platforms. This position requires a blend of analytical expertise, strategic thinking, and effective communication skills to influence decision-making and achieve advertising objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Measurement & Analysis:

* Oversee multiple research projects simultaneously from inception to completion.

* Develop measurement strategies and frameworks to evaluate advertising campaign performance.

* Implement tracking tools and methodologies to gather relevant data from multiple advertising channels.

* Conduct in-depth analysis of advertising metrics, including reach, engagement, conversion rates, ROI, and attribution models.

Insights Generation:

* Derive actionable insights from data analysis to enhance advertising strategies.

* Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization through data-driven approaches.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate insights into actionable recommendations.

Reporting and Visualization:

* Create comprehensive reports and dashboards to highlight campaign performance and insights.

* Present findings to stakeholders and senior management in a clear and compelling manner.

* Utilize visualization tools to communicate complex data effectively.

Optimization and Strategy Development:

* Collaborate with advertising teams to optimize campaigns based on insights and performance analysis.

* Provide strategic recommendations to improve targeting, messaging, and overall campaign effectiveness.

* Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to enhance measurement methodologies.

Client Communication and Presentation:

* Communicate effectively with clients to understand their objectives and expectations.

* Present insights and recommendations in a professional and persuasive manner.

Qualifications and Skills:

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Analytics, or a related field.

* 5+ years of experience at a media, agency, brand or marketing agency that includes managing ad effectiveness research and insights for digital and traditional media

* 2+ Years Experience in Pharma or Health Marketing

* Ability to project manage multiple research projects and prioritize in time-sensitive environments.

* Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data sets into actionable insights and effective sales presentations.

* Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey findings and recommendations effectively to both internal team and external clients is necessary.

* Fluent in MS Office tools (e.g., Excel, Powerpoint) as well as Google Suite (e.g., Sheets, Slides, etc.)

* Familiarity in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Looker, etc.

* Familiarity with advertising platforms and ad-tech ecosystem is a plus.

Pay Range

Salary: $90,000 - $125,000

The pay range above represents the anticipated low and high end of the pay range for this position and may change in the future. Actual pay may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to work location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Dotdash Meredith's total compensation package for employees.
