THE JOB:

As Material Management Attendant, you will be responsible for daily operations of the warehouse.

THE STARTING RATE: $22.00 an hour

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Inspect incoming merchandise for count, specification, quality and quantity; report shortages or damage to the receiving supervisor
• Stock or deliver received items to the appropriate area or department, check and sign for all incoming or outgoing items
• Date and rotate all incoming perishable food items
• Assemble and deliver warehouse orders
• Assist in all physical inventories

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Able to use an electric pallet jack, manual pallet jack, and a four wheeled cart
• Basic knowledge of computer software to include Outlook, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint as well as office equipment, i.e., telephone, copier, fax machine
• Effective listening abilities with strong judgment skills
• Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with all business contacts
