* Supervise and train a team of employees * Ensure employees adhere to department/company policies and procedures * Process reports for ATM Services Manager * Keep abreast with Reg E and other related regulations which effect the department * Answer inbound calls and provide quality customer service * Research customer questions regarding debit card claims and assist in EFT error resolution * Provide customer service by giving accurate information about account and card transactions * Provide call completion and/or alternate options for resolving a claim * Handle all escalated calls from other team members * Accurately complete claims forms, taking action to protect the customer and the banks interests * Make decisions on routine issues in accordance with the ATM operating procedures * Other duties as assigned
Physical Requirements: * Must be able to remain in a sitting stationary position for extended periods of time * Constantly operate a computer and other office machinery

Requirements
* High School Diploma or equivalent * At least 18 years of age * One year supervisory experience * Detail oriented * Possess general PC skills and/or data entry skills * Good communication skills * Good customer service & telephone skills * Ability to function in a team environment * Ability to function in a multi-tasking work environment * Prior call center experience preferred * Must successfully pass background investigation and drug screen according to company policy * Must be able to get along with co-workers and work effectively in a team environment
