Corporate Technical Support Engineer
We are Currently seeking an on-site Technical Support Engineer to join our Corp IT team with Forest River. In the position, as a Technical Support Engineer you will be responsible for designing computer systems software applications. Duties include creating various types of hardware and software like CNC machines; testing their connectivity and compliance to correct defects and overseeing computer networks.

Duties include creating various types of hardware and software like CNC machines; testing their connectivity and compliance to correct defects and overseeing computer networks.
Job Description:
- Collaborating with Engineers, System Administrators, Network Administrators, and other IT Team Members to coordinate standards, objectives, and deadlines.
- Researching current and new technologies and CNC programming solutions
- Excellent written and verbal skills working with end-users to ensure excellence in support.
- Troubleshooting hardware/software anomalies, problems, inefficiencies, and data loss
- Must be able to accurately document problems and resolutions in our Ticket Management system.
- Provide quality assurance review of new and existing CNC software products.
- Handling technical support queries on major and minor bug fixes and other issues
- Integrating update and new features to existing software and hardware
Qualifications
- Associates degree in C.S. (or related advanced education) - Required
- Must be able to work with end-users in and office environment
- Experience with Windows Operating System (Windows 10/11) - Required
- Experience with Active Directory (User Creation, GPO, Network Printing) - Required
- Experience with CNC Machine Programming - Required
- Additional MS Certifications are beneficial, but not required.
- Dependable transportation (business related mileage paid)
- Smartphone for Dept. Communication - (Required and paid)
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. with or without accommodation.
Excellent communication skills, time management, and customer service are paramount to this position.
