We are seeking a driven and analytical Financial Data Analyst or Sr. Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role is more than just analyzing data. You'll be using your financial acumen to build actionable insights that drive our growth. You'll craft robust financial models that predict future performance, identify key trends, and guide strategic decision-making. You'll be the voice of data, translating complex information into clear and compelling narratives for leadership and our stakeholders. You'll champion process optimization and wield your technical expertise to design solutions that free up valuable time for deeper analysis. In essence, you'll be the bridge between raw data and informed action with the power to directly influence our financial trajectory and be a key player in shaping the future of AmTrustCyber.

Work with stakeholders to identify, access, and collect relevant data sources, ensuring accuracy.
• Build robust financial models and forecasts using Excel and other relevant tools.
• Analyze historical and current financial performance to identify trends and anomalies.
• Prepare and present insightful and actionable financial reports and summary decks to leadership.
• Optimize workflows, automate repetitive tasks, and champion data-driven solutions.
• Partner closely with other teams (e.g., Claims, IT, AP/AR) to develop and deploy data solutions.
• Evaluate existing operations to pinpoint areas for optimization and expansion.
• Develop data-driven dashboards and reporting systems to monitor progress towards evolving goals.
• Craft compelling data narratives that translate complex financial metrics into actional insights.
• Perform other relevant functions, as assigned.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and education.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (i.e., PivotTables, Macros, Charts),PowerPoint and PowerBi
• Understanding of financial accounting principles and modeling techniques.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, while taking ownership of projects.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience employing Microsoft Power Platform or similar Low-Code tools
• Familiarity with high level programing/scripting languages (e.g. Python, VBA)

The salary range for this role is $85,000 - $95,000/year. Base pay offered may vary depending on, but not limited to education, experience, skills, geographic location, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics. This range may be modified in the future.
