Job Overview:

The Licensed Social Worker participates in group and individual supervision, and completes treatment plan reviews and updates.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Masters degree in Social Work with a focus on substance abuse counseling
• Familiar with NJSAMS
• Minimum of 1 year working with substance use treatment program

Certifications and Licenses Required:

• NJ Social Worker License

Scheduling Requirements:

• Shift working, 8am-4pm
• Monday-Friday
• FT

Essential Functions:

• Carries caseload and facilitates individual sessions, groups and Intakes
• Completes treatment plans
• Ensures timely documentation
• Responsible for overall client satisfaction and treatment plan reviews and updates
• Performs other duties as assigned
