Pantheon Data was founded in 2011, initially providing acquisition and supply chain management services to the US Coast Guard. Position Overview

Pantheon Data is seeking a seasoned Senior Data Analyst to join the Job Corps team. This role is pivotal in supporting Job Corps program initiatives through expert data processing, analysis, and visualization. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, experience in data trend identification, and proficiency in tools like Excel, SAS, and Tableau. This position plays a critical role in enhancing the program's performance, accountability, and data integrity through thorough research, policy support, and technical data insights.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, draw conclusions, and provide actionable insights that support strategic decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain advanced visualizations, charts, graphs, dashboards, and reports using Excel, SAS, Tableau, and other modern technology and software.
  • Design and execute data integrity audits to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Provide technical support for Job Corps program initiatives, focusing on performance and accountability systems, data analysis, reporting, and survey administration.
  • Collaborate with the policy team to enhance data-driven policy development and improvements.
  • Contribute to the modernization of data visualization and reporting techniques to make complex data more accessible and understandable for stakeholders.
  • Develop and manage an Enterprise Risk Management Dashboard.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant data protection and privacy regulations.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 10+ years total work performance with a minimum of 5 years of verifiable experience in data processing, analysis, and visualization.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SAS, Tableau, and/or similar analytical tools.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and persuasive manner to a non-technical audience.
  • Demonstrated ability to create and manage detailed reports and presentations.
  • Experience in conducting surveys and managing large datasets.

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Experience working in the Department of Labor or with other government, education, or workforce development programs.
  • Knowledge of Job Corps or similar federal programs.

Clearance Requirements

U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust.

Work Location

Hybrid with ability to regularly attend meetings, etc. at DOL/OJC facilities in Washington, DC.
