What The Role is:
Provide support to Asset Management & Trust Officers, Division Manager, and other staff as needed. Perform administrative and operational tasks required to support the trust division processes. Duties include, but are not limited to: data entry, receptionist, answering telephone, special projects, and other duties. Must project a professional and pleasant image in person, email, and through telephone interaction.
How You Will Make an Impact:
Answer telephones and transfer calls as appropriate in a professional manner.
Respond to emails in a timely and professional manner
Take mail to the mailroom on a daily basis
Prepare packages for USPS/FedEx shipments
Centralization of all account openings to include coordination and review of required documentation and loading account on trust accounting system
Imaging of all new account documentation to create consistency and accuracy of all required regulatory information
Centralization of closing account process
Perform administrative reviews and meet goals on a monthly basis
Complete any assigned OnBase Workflow Queues as forms are received.
Completion of any assigned department reporting
Cross train as a back-up on centralized ILIT (Irrevocable Life Insurance Trust) administration to include receipt of premiums, preparation of Crummey letters, payment of premiums, fee collection, Unique Assets Reviews and Administrative Reviews
Completes administrative tasks accurately and in a timely manner
Works with Internal Operations and External Trust Officers to facilitate proper due diligence on the non client facing functions of Trust administration

Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and Google applications: Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
High school diploma or equivalent
Trust and Accounting experience preferred
Detail oriented and able to follow set guidelines
Self starter with the ability to prioritize tasks
Good organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Above average computer and keyboard skills
Working knowledge of Google Suite and Microsoft products
