Proactively work across all relative functions to ensure products and services fit into relative company functionality (software systems, billing systems, etc.), processes, and procedures.
  • Product and Service Manager - Support products and services as partners and customers adopt them. Facilitate the enhancement of capabilities and partner in maintenance activities, including regulatory changes, issues in operation, etc.
  • Customer/Partner Solution Driver - Facilitate the broader ecosystem of direct-to-device opportunities with chipset partners, MNO's, manufacturing partners and other value-added partners.
