Capgemini Government Solutions (CGS) LLC is seeking a qualified individual for our Salesforce Project Manager position. The Salesforce Project Manager will be responsible for the development life cycle process that translates business requirements into functioning software systems, services and solutions. This is a multifaceted role working in collaboration with Capgemini's world class teams to support our government clients.
The successful candidate will have an opportunity to apply and grow their skillset and work with a motivated and entrepreneurial team, engage with a wide range of stakeholders, and build CGS capabilities by serving our clients.

Job Responsibilities

As a Salesforce Project Manager, you will:

  • Manage complex development projects on-time, on-budget, and to client specifications
  • Be the leader, driving delivery on time in a government client consulting environment with multiple product owners in a multi org environment
  • Be an effective communicator and innovative problem solver
  • Lead and collaborate with team solution and technical architects to identify and recommend Salesforce.com based solutions, integration points and related implementation architecture for business usage improvements, scalability and performance.
  • Evaluate possible application performance bottlenecks at early stages of the implementation & recommend remedial measures.
  • Oversee Salesforce.com administrators, developers and functional analysts to make sure requirements are being met and projects are delivered within scope and exceptional quality
  • Identify detailed business requirements to support Salesforce.com implementation within the scope of prioritized enhancements and projects.
  • Lead and collaborate with team members to develop comprehensive training materials and other change management collateral as appropriate for each initiative, deliver training to super users and end users as appropriate.
  • Work with technical experts to support and ensure that the technical design aligns to overall business needs.

Required Qualifications

  • US Citizenship required.
  • Eligible to obtain and maintain Government Security Clearance.
  • Three (3) years of experience managing and orchestrating Agile teams delivering Salesforce Service Cloud and Communities applications.
  • Proficient in the use of tools and methods to efficiently manage product releases, sprints, and development cycles.
  • Experience utilizing program and project management tools, such as Microsoft Team Foundation Server, Git, JIRA, Salesforce or Microsoft Project to plan, execute, and measure projects
  • Experience overseeing a Salesforce development or administration team
  • Excellent written, verbal presentation and organizational skills, ability to interface with all levels and business units
  • Ability to lead enterprise engagements, facilitate meetings, and lead customer support projects.
  • Hands on experience with agile / scrum methodology.

Nice to Have Skills/qualifications

  • Certified Salesforce Administrator
  • Certification in Agile methods
  • Experience collaborating with developers, clients, other business analysts, Solution Architects, Release Managers, etc

At Capgemini, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary range for the tagged location is ($110K-$130K).

This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.
