What You Can Expect

* Function as the subject matter expert for building infrastructure systems: developing infrastructure standards, reviewing ongoing infrastructure improvement projects, tracking progress, managing budgets, and identifying and mitigating risks.

* Standardization: Establish standardized infrastructure requirements for building systems at our critical properties, ensuring consistency and compliance with best practices for maintaining consistent utility services to the Marvell business units.

* Development: Create tools for the quick development, budgeting, and oversight of site preventative maintenance plans.

* Resource Oversight: Help manage 3rd party resources who execute established preventative maintenance plans, including personnel skill approvals, material approvals, and equipment approvals, to ensure they are appropriately executed per industry best practices.

* Reporting: Regular status reports to stakeholders (executives in local and global level), including progress updates, risk assessments, and financial reports.

* Change Management: Help manage infrastructure design for construction projects ensuring that any changes are properly evaluated and approved.

* Ensuring FMS partners update and manage PMP utilizing IWMS platform

* Working closely with local and global stakeholders

* Facilitate and/or resolves planning issues identified in the customer planning meetings.

* Ensure planning is aligned with corporate guidelines ensuring projects all meet Marvell redundancy targets

* Be educated on the redundancy policies/standards, procedures and protocols and notify team of exceptions or deviations.

* Assist in developing site-specific redundancy strategies with Senior Leadership.

* As necessary, participate in project planning meetings.

* Responsible for working closely with various Corporate Real Estate & Workplace (CREW) team members and proving support and guidance from inception to completion.

* Perform other duties as necessary to meet Marvell CREW team goals.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills using the English language, both oral and written, including advanced negotiation skills
  • BS/BA in engineering, planning, computer science, or mathematics is required or Minimum 10 years' experience in facility planning, design, construction, construction management, facility management, or facility asset management is required (or a combination thereof)
  • Significant experience with Facilities, Real Estate and Asset Management industry and best practices in the areas of preventative maintenance programs
  • Experience working with design, construction, maintenance, or asset management software systems such as computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS), computerized aided facility management (CAFM) systems, enterprise asset management (EAM) systems, geospatial information management (GIS), building information modeling (BIM), computer aided design (CAD), financial information systems (FIS), and integrated workplace management systems (IWMS) preferred
  • Proficiency with AutoCAD and IWMS systems such as ARCHIBUS, MANHATTAN, PLANON or TRIRIGA, and related technologies
  • Strong process documentation skills
  • Strong and proven technical aptitude
  • Strong attention to detail and quality
  • Thorough understanding of line of business (or business areas) to support client
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel experience
  • Proficiency with other MS Office applications including Word and PowerPoint
  • Advanced customer service acumen and interpersonal relationship skills.

Expected Base Pay Range (USD)

125,900 - 186,370, $ per annum

The successful candidate's starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.
