What will I be doing?

Lead cross-departmental efforts as data governance program manager to increase collaboration around data and enforce consistency of business rules, data policies, practices and training. Develop and implement data strategy to improve membership retention and to identify growth opportunities. Manage membership database and develop business intelligence solutions to include, but not limited to dashboards, analyze membership marketing program return on investment and identify new technology solutions to support the function.

Wage range: $102,274/year

Requirements:

Master's degree in Information Technology, Management Information System, or related and two (2) years of experience as Data Analyst or related.

Must possess experience with leading a team to collect and analyze data, manage databases, develop dashboards, implement data lake(s), build customizations, and perform core modernization and data ingestion by utilizing MS SQL Server, MS Power BI, and Tableau. Ability to manage projects with minimum supervision and expand analytics capabilities, including information delivery, data management and architecture, and advanced analytics enablement.
