A little about the position:
The Administrative Assistant conducts the daily, weekly and seasonal administrative functions of the Ski and Snowboard School.
Requirements:
Strong computer skills are a must.
Ability to work in a high pressure, multi-tasking, busy environment.
Must be flexible, positive, and able to work in a team environment
Strong social, verbal and written communication skills
Attention to detail.
High School graduate.
Payroll/Timekeeping experience preferred.
Previous experience in Workday, Flaik, Siriusware systems or equivalent HR / resort management systems is preferred.
Previous experience in a Ski & Snowboard school environment is preferred.
