As the Used Equipment Marketing Coordinator, your primary responsibilities include performing inspections, taking quality pictures to upload on online platforms, stage equipment, and work with other divisions to identify sale ready units.

Used Equipment Marketing Coordinator Responsibilities:

• Create Used Inspections and upload to online platforms
• Update information online and communicate with customers who need information on equipment posted online
• Create reports for sales managers to analyze sales data
• Keep sales representatives and supervisor informed on any issues arise during the sales process

Additionally, this position will be responsible for demonstrating exceptional customer service and provide recommendations to improve decision making and internal processes.

Used Equipment Marketing Coordinator Requirements:

• College degree in business or related field
• Will consider equivalent work experience in lieu of educational requirements
• Exhibit effective written and verbal communication skills with customers, sales reps, and all levels of management
• Strong computer skills and proficient in all Microsoft Office Applications, with experience using database systems
• Demonstrated exceptional customer service experience
• Professional phone etiquette and experience using a multi-line phone system
• Must be able to multi-task and stay organized
• Must be a self-starter and capable of working with minimal direct supervision
• Spanish speaking skills preferred
• Strong sense of urgency and empathy
