Project Manager I
About the role:
The Endoscopy PMO is seeking an experienced, dynamic, and strategic Project Management professional to lead New Product Development projects to deliver best in class devices to patients and clinicians in support of BSC's mission.
In this Project Manager I role, you will lead medium to large cross-functional and cross-site teams to develop and launch new products that align with the respective Franchise Strategy within the Endoscopy Division. You will develop strong working relationships with the project team as well as key stakeholders (Franchise Leadership Team, Cross-functional Management, Project Investment Board (PIB), etc.) to drive progress, ensure alignment, mitigate risks/issues, and evolve project strategy as needed to manage the triple constraint and meet business objectives.
