Detailed Description:

The Data Integrity Supervisor is a strategic leadership position within our Finance and Administration department, responsible for guiding a team that ensures the precision and reliability of data across our project management and accounting systems. This role demands a proactive leader adept in technology navigation and process optimization, capable of driving enhancements that increase efficiency and accuracy in data handling. The ideal candidate will excel in a dynamic environment, offering top-tier customer service and successfully managing stakeholder relationships to support our continuous growth and operational excellence. Responsibilities include:

  • Responsible for the daily coordination of team activities including appropriate coverage. Plan and assign work to ensure appropriate service level achievement.
  • Personal daily Data Integrity responsibilities
  • Monitoring team performance to identify coaching opportunities; providing feedback and performance evaluations
  • Resolving escalated issues from internal and external customers; negotiating solutions to complex problems
  • Serving as a liaison with internal departments and representing Data Integrity in critical meetings.
  • Developing and implementing policies and procedures to streamline data integrity processes
  • Utilizing metrics and data analysis for strategic planning, including forecasting staffing needs and processing volumes
  • Collaborating with internal partners like the Project Management Office, Project Delivery, Digital Services, and F&A Leaders to drive efficiencies
  • Leading and participating in strategic initiatives to enhance project management practices
  • Serve as the Subject Matter Expert regarding Data Integrity function, understanding how to ensure accurate project setup and maintenance affecting project accounting and billing

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years in a supervisory or management role, preferably in an architectural or engineering or consulting firm
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft D365 PMIS and BST Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to develop policies and manage workflows effectively
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle escalated customer service issues
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of leading teams and projects, and collaborating effectively with various stakeholders
  • Proven experience in strategic planning and performance management
  • Familiarity with data analysis and metrics for business forecasting
  • Strong understanding of accounting concepts and ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Attention to financial detail, ability to read and interpret contracts
  • Ability to "think out of the box" and bring new ideas to the table, not merely executing tasks as directed from above
  • Enthusiastic, positive and self-motivated

Salary Range:Theanticipatedstarting payrange for this position is based on the employee's primary work location and maybemore or lessdependingupon skills, experience,and education. These ranges may be modified in the future.

Location A: $85,000- 116,000
Location B: $94,000- 128,000
Location C: $102,000- 140,000
