Position Summary

The Oceaneering Ocean Technologies (OTECH) group is seeking a Logistics Support Manager (LSM) to oversee the acquisition activities of the Logistics Support Analyst (LSA) and Planning functions in support of OTECH program execution. The Logistics Support Manager communicates and coordinates team efforts for IPS activities within OTECH with multiple internal functions and Project stakeholders (i.e. Manufacturing, QA, Purchasing, etc.). The LSM provides continuous logistics support leadership throughout the programs' life cycle, reporting to leadership the status of program key metrics and logistic support activities, and providing subject matter expertise in areas of Integrated Product Support.

Duties & Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL
* Manage the Integrate Product Support (IPS) elements related to the execution of material planning and LSA acquisition activities for OTECH programs to include:

Supply Support
Maintenance Planning and Management
Packaging, Handling, Storage, and Transportation (PHS&T)
Support Equipment


* Identify, plan for, resource, and implement management actions to acquire repair parts, spares, and all classes of supply to ensure the best equipment/ capability is available in support of OTECH program execution.
* Collaborate cross-functionally within various levels of the organization to execute strategic initiatives to improve, develop and implement process, procedures, and efficiency techniques as necessary.
* Duties relating to the managing of people including hiring, training, planning, performance and development, employee recognition, and conflict resolution.
* Facilitates resolution of cross functional issues as appropriate.
* Participate in technical program reviews as needed.
* Interface with internal and external customers on IPS activities.
* Provide sound, independent and seasoned judgement that follows company policies and procedures in meeting OTECH obligations.
* Support and instill a safety culture within the team that is in compliance with Oceaneering's Life Safety Rules and HSE program.
* Plan, organize and manage the work of stakeholders to ensure work is accomplished in a manner consistent with organization requirements.
* Assist in the development, maintenance, and management of Oceaneering standards.
* Ensure Contract and Divisional procedural requirements are addressed.
* Additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

REQUIRED


* Bachelor's degree in management, Supply Chain, technical discipline, or related field. Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
*Minimum of 5 years in an Integrated Product Support role or equivalent with proven success and understanding of procedures, processes, and tools.

* Minimum of 2 years of demonstrated ability at a lead/supervisory level.
* General understanding of Government Integrated Product Support to include overall lifecycle management of system reliability, availability, supportability, and lifecycle costs.
* Excellent presentation, written, and oral communication skills.
* Excellent interpersonal, time management, decision-making, and conflict management skills.
* Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
* Comfortable in conversing at all levels within the organization.
* Well-versed in web-based data application and data management.
* Must be able to obtain security clearance.

DESIRED


* Master's degree in management, Supply Chain, technical discipline, or related field. Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Additional Information

This position is Hybrid - Remote and will require commuting to a designated office. Hybrid work schedules are determined by the hiring manager based on business need.
