PRIMARY PURPOSE:

MGM Resorts International is seeking a passionate and strategic leader to join our Interactive division as the Director of Gaming Product Management. In this role, you will be the driving force behind the innovation and success of our industry-leading gaming products, both online and at our world-class destinations.

As the Director of Gaming Product Management, you will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of our gaming products, from concept and development to launch and ongoing optimization. You will lead a talented team of product managers and work closely with cross-functional teams across engineering, design, marketing, and operations to ensure the delivery of exceptional player experiences.

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive product roadmap for MGM Resorts' gaming portfolio, aligning with business goals and market trends.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new product opportunities and trends.
  • Define product vision, strategy, and user stories for assigned gaming products.
  • Lead the product development process, working closely with engineering, design, and other teams to bring products to life.
  • Oversee product launches and manage post-launch optimization based on user data and market feedback.
  • Analyze player behavior and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and drive product growth.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest gaming industry trends and technologies, ensuring MGM Resorts' products remain innovative and competitive.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing team of product managers.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • 7+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience
