Responsibilities:
- Responsible for setting up the projects/initiatives/folders in ALM/Octane systems for the monthly/integrated releases
- Defect and Scripts co-ordination effort across multiple internal and external applications
- Ensure relevant information is captured in defects and scripts for reporting and dashboards
- Assist in generating and communicating daily reports to testing community
- Assist in identifying and managing test data need for SIT and UAT partners
- Participate in test planning and ensures stories are well refined and contains clear acceptance criteria
- Plan and co-ordinates data injection efforts for interchange team using UL tool
- Interface with internal and external dev/QA/release community to track the deployment timeline
- Participates in triaging reported issues/defects and assists with resolving or escalating them as necessary
Requirements:
- Experience working with ALM/Octane/JIRA tools for query/report/dashboard management
- Experience working with UL tools for data creation and validation for card transactions
- Proficient in working in a highly complex integrated testing environment
- Detail-oriented with attention to product/process quality
- Proven experience in requirements gathering techniques, use case definition, test planning/execution and system requirement analysis
- Have a can-do, do what needs to be done attitude
- Ability to shift priorities and work efficiently
- Fast learner with good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Work collaboratively and have good interpersonal skills
- Testing co-ordination across multiple applications in Waterfall and Agile methodologies
- Experience with Excel macros/formulas and other Microsoft Tools
- Proficient in ALM/Octane query, dashboard and reporting
