JOB DESCRIPTION

• Attend in person meetings both secure and non-secure at local and remote military and civilian/industry facilities.
• Maintain records of training solutions, fleet, and personnel feedback of training and developed solutions
• Develop and review briefs, minutes, training plans and proposed training solutions for government review.
• Coordinate and lead training meetings for (both secure and non- secure) with NAVWAR and additional stakeholders, prepare and provide briefs for contractual and government review.
• Conduct onsite initial and sustainment training at various sites.
• Collect feedback from participants to assess the effectiveness of the training events and identify areas for improvement. This may involve surveys, focus groups, or one-on-one feedback sessions.
• Continuously review and refine the MBA training events to ensure they remain relevant and valuable to participants, incorporating feedback and staying updated on industry trends and best practices.
• Ensuring that all logistical aspects of the event run smoothly, such as setting up audiovisual equipment, coordinating room layouts, and managing any special requirements for participants.

Job Requirements

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline is required.
• 10+ years of relevant experience is required.
• Active top secret security clearance is required.
• 7+ years of specialized experience inthe analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation of Navy trainingcurriculum utilizing the NAVEDTRA series of instructions.
• 9502 or 805A Navy Instructor is required.
