Summary of Position
Manage, coordinate, perform, supervise, advise, plan and collaborate under broad supervision from Director, all non-clinical operations in the center. Designated front contact person to internal and external groups, manage emergencies and ensure a smooth operation. Present workshops/presentations.

1. High school graduation and seven years of related experience involving duties of increasing
responsibility requiring discretion and independent judgment, or Associate's Degree and five
years of related experience, or a combination of higher education and related experience
equal to seven years.
2. Advanced computer skills, including complex word processing, e-mail, spreadsheets,
database management, use of search engines, keyboarding skills, and other software
applications as required by hiring department/unit.
3. Effective written and oral communication skills.
4. Supervisory skills.
5. Experience in public relations, office supervision, grant-funded programs, marketing,
telecommunications or publications as specified by department.
6. Organizational skills.
7. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with faculty, staff, students
and the general public.
Additional Preferred Qualifications
* Professional work experience in a college university environment.
* Experience scheduling appointments electronically in a medical/clinical environment.
* Bachelor's degree.
* Office management experience, with strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
* Budget management, bookkeeping and financial documentation experience (e.g. UShop experience).
* Ability to work in a highly confidential sensitive environment.

Duties / Responsibilities
Job Duties

Duty/Responsibility
-Quasi-clinical role in regard to intake for clients including screening for safety needs, assessment of urgency/need for emergency service in consultation with director/clinicians as appropriate. This is for 3200+ hours of client service per semester. This requires confidentiality and risk mgt. for the center/PSU as a whole.
-Consultation with faculty, staff, parents and other referral sources to facilitate contact with a clinician.
-Scheduling for up to 11 clinicians for routine and emergency walk-in on call coverage using Titanium (database/records/data mgt. software).
Duty/Responsibility
Support of director for full staffing meetings including development and facilitation of agenda in regard to administrative functions (scheduling, operations, budget, etc.)
-Collection, processing and presentation of data including utilization, emergency tracking, etc.
-Consultation and modification of programatic operations including space utilization and general clinical coverage, staffing levels. This is done in 1 to 1 with director each week.

-Contract prep/mgt. with Lakes Region Mental Health and Titanium
-Tech support for Titanium
-Orientation/Panther Days/Family Weekend planning
-Direct outreach programming
-Purchasing of supplies
-Professional development support for clinical staff including CEU (continuing ed units)
-Technology procurement, upkeep and replacement scheduling
-Postings, mail, copier, fax, etc.
