Boston Hill Advisors is an independent, fee-only Wealth Management business located in North Andover. We presently manage over $1.1 billion in assets for individuals, families, charities and small businesses. We specialize in financial planning, wealth management, and investment solutions and have been in business for 17 years. In July 2023, Boston Hill Advisors partnered with Hightower.

Founded in 2008, Hightower is a wealth management firm that provides investment, financial and retirement planning services to individuals, foundations and family offices, as well as 401(k) consulting and cash management services to corporations. Based in Chicago with advisors across the U.S., we operate as a registered investment advisor (RIA).

What You'll Do

You are a successful Client Service Associate who excels in an evolving organization and performs at a high level under variable workloads. You will handle recurring operational responsibilities for our clients and our team. And are familiar with all standard operating procedures and provide exceptional support to both clients and advisors.

  • Be a contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing exceptional client service through phone, email, and in-person interactions. Handle incoming calls and client reception.
  • Work with financial advisors to prepare and process account paperwork, including new account openings, account transfers, and account maintenance. Become an expert in these matters.
  • Onboard IRA rollovers, new deposits and the associated review and compliance.
  • Draft letters, prepare customer welcome packets and other materials to onboard new client accounts.
  • Maintain client records and files following regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Collaborate with custodian partners (Schwab, Fidelity and others) to ensure timely and accurate processing of new accounts and other client matters.
  • Help prepare client and other materials and display an overall willingness to help.
  • Process client cashiering requests (wires, checks, journals etc.)
  • Assist clients with establishing online access for statements.
  • Monitor and track client-related alerts daily and open items and the required follow-up to resolve the matter. Review previous day activities to ensure accuracy. Document in the CRM system.
  • Perform general office tasks, such as ordering supplies, managing correspondence, and maintaining office organization.
  • Participate in firm client events (which may be after hours)
  • Coordinate and work well with the other Client Service Associate. Work as a team to exceed client and advisor expectations.
  • Responsibilities may evolve depending on firm projects, new systems and the development of specific skills acquired.

What You'll Bring

  • 3-5 years of experience in the finance industry
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a commitment to providing exceptional client service.
  • Ability to interact with clients in person and over the phone in a professional manner
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Associate or bachelor's degree and/or related client service experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with CRM systems.
