Job Description

Job Summary: The Transitional Housing Quality Assurance Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality are met in all aspects of the Transitional Housing program operations. This role involves monitoring program activities, verifying compliance with federal and state regulations, and implementing continuous improvement strategies to enhance program effectiveness and participant satisfaction.

  • Conduct regular audits and reviews of program files to ensure compliance with grant funding regulations and organizational policies.
  • Develop and maintain a quality assurance framework that includes standard operating procedures, checklists, and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with program staff to identify areas for improvement and develop corrective action plans to address any deficiencies.
  • Provide support to staff on quality assurance processes and best practices.
  • Analyze program data to identify trends, report on performance, and make recommendations for program enhancements.
  • Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives and participate in the development of innovative solutions to improve program outcomes.
  • Ensures Funder, partner and Equus policies and procedures are monitored and updated to include regulatory changes.
  • Other duties assigned.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Public Administration, or a related field or a combination of education and experience.
  • Experience in quality assurance, program evaluation, or a similar role, preferably within a WIOA, SNAP, TANF etc. grants.
  • Experience in conducting quality assurance auditing activities preferred.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data management systems.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present findings and interact effectively with all levels of staff and external stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to achieving excellence in program delivery.
