Position Summary:

Job Summary: The Benco Dental Program Manager is responsible for driving marketing engagement for all program customers and potential customers. This individual will combine creative, strategic and tactical thinking with an analytical approach to systematically improve key performance metrics across all stages of a customers' lifecycle using an integrated marketing approach. This role will handle the definition and execution of all Benco Strategic Markets marketing programs and be the marketing subject matter expert for the respective internal customers.

  • Create and execute of marketing plans and campaigns

  • Develop marketing plans including strategy, segmentation and core product messaging

  • Manage the integrated marketing strategies for all Strategic Markets programs

  • Collaborate with Product Managers to solicit product specials for deals from vendors

  • Work with internal teams to create a regular promotion calendar to help grow the Strategic Markets program

  • Work with sales liaison and national sales manager to communicate all changes, new offers, promos, etc. to sales force

  • Work collaboratively with IT to make sure data reports for sales force is up to date and communicated

  • Work with data analytics to track success of posts/campaigns

  • Present marketing plans for the programs to various internal stakeholders

  • Work with creative department to generate new and creative ways to present Strategic Markets

  • Work with social media associates to create engagement via social media channels

Do YOU Meet These Requirements?

  • Bachelor's degree with emphasis in marketing or business

  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in product marketing, digital marketing, and sales or communications experience. Prior experience promoting consultative services or B2B marketing a plus.

  • Demonstrated experience executing lead generation campaigns through digital, social, and direct mail campaigns with positive ROIs

  • Experience in market research, analysis, and strategy development

  • Successfully managed the full lifecycle of projects from ideation to execution

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLook-Up)
