About the role:

Embark on a rewarding career journey at the forefront of global logistics. As an Ocean Fulfillment Lead based in Miramar, FL, you will be critical in steering our operational excellence and enhancing customer satisfaction.

In this role:

  • Service Delivery Excellence:You will ensure reliable and efficient service delivery that meets customer expectations and contractual obligations.

  • Asset Optimization:You will manage resources prudently to optimize bunker consumption and overall asset utilization.

  • Flow Coordination:You will oversee the full spectrum of both laden and empty cargo flows, ensuring they align with strategic execution plans.

  • Change Implementation:You will respond to structural and ad-hoc operational needs effectively.

  • Service Ownership:Take charge of end-to-end service delivery, from scheduling to execution, ensuring peak operational performance.

  • Operational Excellence:Monitor and refine vessel scheduling and cargo management processes to maximize efficiency and reliability.

  • Strategic Collaboration:Collaborate closely with Network and Marketing teams to drive innovations that enhance customer experience and operational agility.

  • Stakeholder Engagement:Foster strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth and proactive operational management.

What you bring:

  • Experience: Minimum two years in logistics or related fields, with a robust understanding of shipping, transportation, or freight operations.

  • Analytics: Proficiency in data analysis with tools like PowerBI, Looker, and advanced Excel to derive actionable insights.

  • Decision-Making: Exceptional judgment and the ability to make strategic decisions under pressure, balancing various stakeholder needs.

  • Empathy: A strong customer-first mindset that anticipates and meets client needs effectively and empathetically.
