  • Maintain Production Records and Manage Budget - Promote consistently accurate, timely and relevant data collection. Review raw data, tabulate and provide context as needed. Timely relay impact of decisions, change in process, or budgeting irregularities. Seek revenue and defend long term value over "instant" savings.

  • Simplify, Standardize and Encourage County-wide Participation - Educate users to focus procurement and specs to optimize cost-per-use. Select items and sizing to control shelf space, reduce dead stock and keep only essential number of goods constantly circulating.
  • Assess Staff and Equipment Utilization Based on Demands - Promote hours/equipment utilization to optimize maintenance access and flow wherever possible. Recognize service voids or inadequacies in other building operations that laundry personnel could fill/improve without compromising primary responsibility.
