The Manager of Exhibitor Success will manage a team of service professionals through all stages of an exhibitor's journey including pre-show planning, show site execution and show close. They will be responsible for the overall department staff and shows.

A successful candidate will demonstrate excellent motivation, team leading and the ability to achieve goals and objectives.

This role will report to the Director of Exhibitor Success works closely with the Central Manager of Exhibitor Success to staff shows, and train/on-boarding employees.

Responsibilities
    Manage Exhibitor Success team members by motivating, coaching, and providing continuous constructive and appreciative feedback regarding employees' work performance.
  • Implement new process and changes as they are rolled out.
  • Monitor all pre-show, show site, and show close Exhibitor Services tasks.
  • Troubleshoot, problem solve, and provide resolution to customer concerns and complaints prompt and professionally at show site and post show.
  • Hire new employees, perform continuous improvement training and manage Exhibitor Services staff with best practices and standard operating processes.
  • Manage and execute performance check-ins and reviews throughout the year.
  • Monitor employee timekeeping, expenses, and coding.
  • Conduct and participate in team meetings across the network.
  • Collaborate with the Central Staffing Manager to staff shows with the goal of efficiency and reduced T&E.
  • Collaborate with all lines of business to effectively plan and execute events.
  • Execute projects as assigned by Leadership.
Qualifications
  • Ability to collaborate.
  • Must possess strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Agility and flexibility to deal with constant change.
  • Remain calm under pressure.
  • Must be a self-starter, take initiative and have a positive attitude.
  • Must be able to travel up to 50-75%
  • 5+ years leadership experience in customer service or similar roles.
Work Environment
  • Work is performed in office conditions, involving sitting most of the time.
  • Work may involve repetitive motion (i.e. constant keying, using fingers, or grasping of objects).
  • Work is sometimes performed in a somewhat crowded or noisy area where there may be mild discomfort due to temperature, dust or other conditions.
  • Work involves occasional exertion of physical effort (i.e. periods of standing, climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, pushing, pulling, lifting)
  • Work involves constant exertion of physical effort (i.e. long periods of standing, climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, pushing, pulling, and lifting)
