General Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and analytical Business Intelligence lead to join our dynamic team at an automotive manufacturing company. As a Business Intelligence Lead, you will play a crucial role in driving data-driven decision-making and providing valuable insights that contribute to the growth and success of our organization. You will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and visualizing data to support various business functions and facilitate strategic planning. The ideal candidate has a strong background in data analysis, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to translate complex data into meaningful and actionable insights. This position will support many facilities within the region and report to the regional lead within this function. Remote work is possible. Some travel may be required.

Education: Bachelor's degree, applicable certificates, or equivalent IT experience.
Experience: 5+ years of experience in a similar role.

Physical Demands:
Team members may be routinely exposed to equipment operational noise heat-cold-and dust. Team Member may be required to stand, sit, squat, walk, bend, move, reach, or stretch for prolonged time periods with no restrictions, as required by job duties. Work in a safe and professional manner while adhering to all regulatory requirements (OSHA, EPA, State, and Federal regulations, etc.). Read, hear, speak, and see with no restrictions, as required by job duties. Comprehend and adhere to management directions and/or safety instructions with no restrictions. Effectively communicate in Business English language. Pull, push, carry, lift, or move items up to 10 lbs. throughout the work shift without assistance, as required by job duties. Pull, push, carry, lift or move materials/people/items/equipment weighing up to 50lbs or more during the work shift, with the use of Company provided "reach assistance technology" or "movement assist technology" (fork-lifts, pallet jacks, pulleys, dolly's, robotics reach equipment, etc.), as required by job duties.
Travel: Domestic and international maybe required as needed.
