Reporting directly to the OYA Medical Director, you'll play a pivotal role in providing direction and guidance to our statewide institutional nursing program. What You need to Qualify:
three years of nursing experience including some supervisory and/or teaching experience which shows knowledge of
a) nursing techniques and therapeutic intervention used in care and treatment of patients (specific to the employing facility);
b) supervisory techniques and work management of subordinate personnel; and
c) administrative and educational principles and practices involved in nursing administration.
Special Qualifications:
Driving is an essential function of this position. A valid driver license and an acceptable driving record are required for this position. We will conduct pre-employment driving records checks on our final candidate(s).
