As a Bus Driver you will safely operate a fix route bus service open to the public in Boulder or surrounding areas assisting with various contracts, while adhering to Via's Standard Operating Procedures. In this role you will work closely with dispatch on scheduling and routes where you will be responsible for communicating and assisting passengers.

General hours: 1:00 pm through 10:00 pm in 8-hour shifts. Shift is five days a week to include Saturday and/or Sunday, days off will be during the week. Hours are approximate.

The starting range for the position is $22.65-$27.90/ hour depending on years of CDL driving experience with an additional $1/hr differential on weekend shifts. Earn a $500 hiring bonus- $250 at 60 days and $250 at 6 months. Already have your CDL? Earn an extra $1,000 sign on bonus ($500 at 30 days and $500 at 90 days).

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• High School Diploma/GED
• Possess a valid Driver's License in good standing. CDL Class B is preferred but will train (no cost to you) to get proper licensing
• Reliable work history with strong punctuality and attendance
• Be able to work independently
• Sustain a positive rapport with the general public and passengers
• Must pass and maintain a DOT physical, random drug testing and ongoing Motor Vehicle Records Checks
• Desire to work with any level of general public
