The primary responsibility of the Shop Coordinator is to assist the service supervisor with all operational aspects of the El Campo engine rebuild shop.

Shop Coordinator Responsibilities Include:

• Assist with service scheduling
• Time entry for technicians
• Service billing
• Technical support
• Warranty
• Shipping and receiving
• Equipment inventory control
• Coordinate repairs with Sales Rep and customers

Shop Coordinator Position Requirements:

• High school graduate or equivalent
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Excellent customer service skills
• Professional communication skills: verbal, written, phone, email, in-person
• Strong computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office applications
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment

Shop Coordinator Strongly Preferred Experience:

• Bilingual English/Spanish
• Knowledge of CAT equipment
• College degree in business, technical, or related field
