Title - Sales Contract Administrator (Fully Remote Position)
Key Job Responsibilities:
Monitor state contracts to ensure requirements are fulfilled.
Monitor and maintain high levels of process efficiency and data quality.
Create daily, weekly, and monthly per state requirements.
Maintain and update the state sales contract price list.
Project Manage engagement for RFP's with all involved stakeholders
Manage additional projects as required.
Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience in sales operations, pricing and/or finance as a subject matter expert with proficiency creating reports and optimizing processes
Bachelor's degree preferred with technical, financialor business-related contract experience
Ability to understand high-level sales strategies, translate them into system and process requirements, and ensure local execution and business impact.
Organization and self-motivation are key skills for this role.
Advanced Excel skills with a strong understanding Salesforce reporting
Excellent written, communication and analytic skills
Compensation and Benefits:
Annual salary range of $75,000 to $85,000 plus annual bonus
Four (4) weeks vacation
