Summary:
We are hiring a Revenue Enablement Manager to create, own and support programs, workstreams and tools that optimize productivity and revenue. They will be improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the Sales, Customer Success, State Account and Business Development teams.
What You'll Do:
* Build and enhance training curriculum and content for revenue team learning paths. This may include the selection and implementation of a new revenue team learning management system (LMS).
* Assist with onboarding to quickly move new revenue team hires to full productivity. This includes providing training, coaching, and resources to enhance role-based skills and knowledge.
* Monitor how revenue enablement tools and technology are used and build out platforms and workflows to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of both performers and coaches. Support everyday user needs.
* Oversee revenue team content management and provide governance to ensure relevant content is easy to find and use. This includes enabling users on how to best leverage the content.
* Identify productivity enablers and 'killers' and address them, for instance, through playbooks, tools, process improvements and upskilling.
* Offer data-driven insights on productivity strengths and weaknesses along with strategies and tactics to address.
* Own revenue team everyday communications on matters that enable efficiency and effectiveness.
* Participate in RevOps and Enablement special projects as required.
What Success Looks Like...
In 3 months...
* Develops a good understanding of Bamboo Health, our industry and the segments we operate in.
* Has a general understanding of our GTM revenue team structure, the buyer personas they work with and solutions we offer.
* Understands our business objectives and priorities (including OKRs) plus how we forecast and manage our revenue funnel and results.
* Establishes productive working relationships with key stakeholders (internal and external tools & tech vendors).
* Begins to assume ownership for basic tasks such as handling sales tools and tech questions (e.g., Gong, Outreach, ZoomInfo), managing Seismic content requests, and delivering everyday communications on process and tools.
In 6 months...
* Orchestrates independently the Seismic governance council and its priorities.
* Independently manage everyday enablement requirements for Gong, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Seismic (e.g., user training, improving usage, facilitating issues resolution).
* Independently prepares and delivers revenue team communications.
* Plans and prepares to launch a sales workshop (TBD but, for instance, on competitive selling or leveraging Gong as a coaching tool).
In 12 months...
* Builds out a state-by-state hub and interactive map in Seismic or another platform to streamline revenue team motion.
* Builds out a new hire, role-based onboarding hub in Seismic or a LMS tool that guides managers and performers to independently move to full productivity.
What You Need:
* 5+ years' experience in sales/revenue enablement and/or learning and development.
* Experience building and delivering sales training programs and curriculum.
* Sales-tool savvy. Preferred - strong knowledge and confidence in Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Gong, Seismic.
* Proficient in creating reports and leveraging metrics to drive accountability and inform strategic and tactical decisions. Experience using SFDC in a sales and reporting capacity.
* Ability to effectively communicate and engage with team members, sales and cross functional partners.
* Project management experience.
* Healthcare industry knowledge a plus.
* A high level of judgment, analytical ability and creativity in investigating problems that require original and innovative solutions.
* Experience working a fast-paced, rapidly changing work environments.
* A work environment that is conducive to high quality virtual interactions. This includes but is not limited to being able to work from a quiet space with minimal interruptions or distractions, and a strong internet connection.
* The ability to travel periodically for work.
