This role is in our modernNashville Metro Center office, located just minutes from downtownwith easy interstate access and free parking.

This role is eligible for a remote work schedule of up to two days remote work per week. New employees are eligible to apply after successfully completing their initial 90 daysof employment and training.

Responsibilities

Create new/modify existing system configuration, related to Logistics Execution and document design clearly.

  • Warehouse Management and shipping configuration knowledge required.
  • Delivery and transportation configuration a plus.
  • Knowledge of key integration points with other SAP modules and key design implications
  • Understanding of WM-PP Interface, WM-IM Interface, WM-QM, WM-RF barcode scanner interface and WM Delivery processes all a plus.
  • Execute Logistics Execution processes in test scripts (WM, deliveries, and shipments) and provide support in defect resolution.
  • Understand end users' business needs, define requirements using existing SAP templates for manufacturing plants/system enhancements, and communicate these to SAP functional teams.
  • Support RFID Implementations for finished goods
  • Advise on the management of configuration and testing across the SAP environment.
  • Support the identification of enhancement opportunities to standardize/improve processes and system configuration that supports the customer-focused approach, but ensures compliance to the business management goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with Functional Architects and Business Analysts to ensure end to end process integration and consistency
  • Develop, prototype, test and implement solution improvements to increase stability, usability and functionality to enable end users to meet business objectives
  • Collaborate with Master Data Management team to provide solution architecture input on strategy and initiatives to support management reporting requirements.
  • Mentor business and functional team members to increase their competency in SAP
  • Support implementations of new plants
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree (Business or Logistics preferred).
  • 2+years of functional/configuration experience in SAP-WM with a focus in shipping
  • At least 1 life cycle implementation of SAP ECC (WM)
  • Experience with S4/Hana &EWM preferred
  • Have a good understanding of SAP best practices and standard solutions
  • Must be an expert in analyzing, creating system specifications, and developing tests and implementing business solutions utilizing SAP technologies.
  • Experience supporting manufacturing plant personnel with day-to-day ERP system processes
  • Flexibility, adaptability, and process improvement approach.
  • Experience managing projects and working with a team
  • Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
