Senior Financial Analyst

The Senior Financial Analyst plays a key role in preparing financial reports, conducting analysis for strategic decision-making, and supporting audit and compliance initiatives. Collaborating with the Assistant Business Controller, they create and refine financial models and forecasts, while also providing ad hoc analysis.

Resposibilities:

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key insights
  • Conduct thorough financial analysis, including variance, trend, and forecasting, to drive strategic decision-making.
  • Support audit, compliance, and other initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Assistant Business Controller and teams to refine financial models, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Assist in developing and implementing financial processes for transparency and compliance.
  • Provide ad hoc financial analysis and decision support to leaders.
  • Participate in additional projects as needed.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of related work experience.
  • Working knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)
  • Knoweldge of budgeting, forecasting and cost control principles
  • Knowledge of ERP systems and management reporting systems/tools.
