The Product Management Specialist reports thru the EA Commercial Team and has shared responsibility for creating samples, cost models, customer quotes, and product selection. The goal of this role is to satisfy the requirements of customers' needs and expectations while working alongside business development, sales, and product management.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Collaborates with Sales, R&D, Business Development, Product Management, and operations teams to develop and monitor product line performance, make adjustments based on asset availability, profitability, and market projections.

  • Builds strong technical and commercial relationships with colleagues, partners, and external organizations to support product line management efforts.

  • Responsible for data clean up, process improvement, margin enhancement, and innovation and consolidation projects.

  • Support the Lab and Plant on mixed batches, extrusions, pilot builds, TSR testing, QC issues/complaints and Production in support of Tech Manager and Commercial Team.

  • Involved in a variety of Product Management and Business Development efforts to enhance the customer experience while supporting the Commercial Team with their growth objectives.

  • Assist with all sampling efforts, monitoring the Collaborate sample portal.

Minimum Requirements

  • 2-year college degree

  • 3 years' experience in a commercial, R&D or production position

  • Experience managing deadlines with customers.

  • Ability to manage stakeholder expectations effectively.

  • Experience adapting swiftly to competing demands and shifting priorities.

  • Demonstrates a personal commitment to delivering high-quality and value-added products and solutions.

  • Ability to consolidate and present data into a meaningful format.

  • Travel up to 10%

Preferred Requirements

  • Adhesive and sealant experience

  • Excel and PowerPoint experience

  • Experience with FLIP, BI and SAP and P&L balance/ balance sheet profitability.

  • Data management and analysis experience

  • Project management experience

  • Understanding of value selling and quantifying value to customers

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location.

The salary for this role is $74,445 - $93,000.
