Job Description:

The Executive Assistant, CNCC will directly support the VPs of Conde Nast Commercial Creative (Creative Strategy, Brand, Events, Production & Activation, Creative) with all administrative needs, special projects, and proactive day-to-day responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • General administrative support such as calendar management, expense reports and booking travel/hotels for corporate travel, travel itineraries, etc for all VPs.

  • Act as a bridge between the Commercial Creative leadership team, and all other stakeholders across Conde Nast.

  • Organize and facilitate Commercial meetings, activities and assemblies-like weekly leadership meetings, All-Hands meetings, etc.

  • Support with programming and event execution of the commercial organization's biggest annual projects (e.g. Annual Sales Summit, NewFronts, etc)

  • Maintain and create department resources (like shared drives, one-sheets, marketing collateral, etc)

  • Support on materials for proactive multi-market global programs that leverage Conde Nast brand elements and are built for advertiser integration.

  • Maintain department resources: shared drives, one-sheets creating and updating marketing collateral

  • Assist teams in managing and reporting individual budgets

  • Assist VPs in preparing both internal and external materials for special projects (taskforces, tentpoles, etc)

  • Assist VPs in developing and executing actionable project plans for special projects- providing timely project updates and proactively flagging issues for necessary parties

Essential Skills & Requirements:

  • BA / BS degree in business, marketing, partnerships or equivalent practical experience

  • 1-3 years professional experience in media, agency, new business, partnerships; with direct experience in a similar role

  • Intermediate to advanced GSuite/Office and presentation design skills

  • Extremely organized with exceptional time management skills and able to prioritize efficiently.

  • Confident and able to communicate with staff at different levels and across different departments internationally.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal and relationship management skills.

  • Self-driven and motivated, with an ability to show initiative in all situations and the ability to take responsibility for actions.

  • Highly agile and flexible working approach, trustworthy and discreet, with a friendly and personable manner.

  • Helpful to have experience of working in an international environment and building solid working relationships with teams across different countries, time zones and cultures.

Base Salary: $60k-$65k
