GLOTECH, Inc. is seeking an experienced IT Program Manager - Data to support the corporate office of United Parks & Resorts located in Orlando, FL. This position is a key player responsible for the success of large data programs across the enterprise.

You will plan, organize, and motivate project managers, third party vendors, product owners and their teams to establish, communicate, and achieve their scope, resource plans, milestones, schedules, forecasts and budgets.
• You will communicate verbally, written, and deliver presentations with and across various product and project teams, as well as communicate up to business and technology leadership, including C-level executives.
• You will anticipate and remediate program risks effectively and efficiently, and when necessary, escalate to the right audience at the right time
• You will ensure the program and project have proper documentation, artifacts, and processes to ensure the program is successful and are meeting the needs of the organization

• Expertise managing large scale data programs/projects across complex and mixed data environments
• Deep understanding of modern data delivery best practices
• Ability to roll up your sleeves and add value where necessary to program success
• Strong command over project management/SCRUM tools and software (MS SharePoint, Project, Azure DevOps) and Atlassian (Confluence and Jira)
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to influence others to perform
• Self-motivated team player with positive attitude working in a team environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and problem solving
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work with diverse personalities
• Must be available to work onsite in Orlando, FL
