Here's your opportunity:

This position will be responsible for performing wiring and mechanical assembly operations involving highly intricate and custom units while ensuring production requirements are met. Adheres to safety and quality standards.

This is a 1st shift position, the hours are 5:00am-1:30pm.

Here's how you'll contribute:

  • Recommends measures to improve production methods, equipment performance and quality of product
  • Computer proficient in applicable programs
  • Working towards being self-directed in completing job duties
  • Performs quality checks and verifies that all options per the sales order are installed on the machine prior to release to inspection
  • Assembles, wires, and tests PLC control panels
  • Assembles custom intricate electrical/plumbing units from drawings
  • Selects, cuts, forms, and installs wiring in accordance with specifications
  • Performs testing of sub-assemblies and final units
  • Uses measuring equipment and basic hand tools
  • Reads Bill of Material, blue prints, and electrical schematics to perform assembly and electrical wiring
  • Completes quality inspections of parts and assemblies
  • Assembles plumbing including soldering joints together
  • Supports Continuous Improvement

  • High school diploma or General Education Diploma graduate (courses in Industrial Arts preferred).
  • At least 3-5 years of experience with relevant techniques and procedures; or equivalent combination of education and training.
  • Courses in electrical, mechanical, or plumbing preferred.

Here's your opportunity:

As an Assembler,you will be responsible for assembling mechanical units, sub-assemblies, and final assemblies to a standardized process.Assembles components by examining connections for correct fit; fastening parts and sub-assemblies.Processes, packages, labels, and moves finished products for shipment.

1st shift is 5:00am to 1:30pm.

Here's how you'll contribute:

  • Aligns material and puts together parts to build more complex units
  • Interprets blueprint specifications for each unit
  • Conducts first piece inspection to adhere to quality standards
  • Knowledge of product packaging procedures and labeling
  • Understands and engages in department metrics
  • Supports new product initiatives
  • Proficient in scrap out procedures
  • Responsible for individual production schedule expectations
  • Proficient within applicable computer programs and scanning operations
  • Completes Industrial Lift Certification (as needed)
  • Meets/Exceeds productivity expectations
  • Proficient understanding of department specific tools and measuring equipment
  • Sustains inventory and parts replenishment system

Here's why we want you:

  • High school diploma or GED required.Courses in Industrial Technology preferred. At least 1 year of general assembly experience.Ability to acquire the necessary skills and knowledge of assembly techniques and procedures.
