Student Health Services at The Claremont Colleges is a service of The Claremont Colleges Services and is provided to all undergraduate students enrolled at The Claremont Colleges.

The anticipated yearly salary range for this position is: $260,000- $325,000
About the Role
Join The Claremont Colleges Services Student Health Services, where we are dedicated to prioritizing student well-being and delivering exemplary outpatient primary medical care. In the critical position of Director of Student Health Services, you will oversee and collaborate with the Assistant Director to ensure that providers deliver high-quality, effective, inclusive, and cost-effective clinical care in accordance with state regulations. Additionally, you will supervise and collaborate with the Clinical Nurse Supervisor (Registered Nurse) to establish clinical priorities and expedite project completion. Your responsibilities will encompass the evaluation, diagnosis, and recommendation of treatments for acute and chronic medical conditions, including the performance of minor surgical procedures when necessary.
Offering a comprehensive range of sexual and reproductive health services, such as gender affirming hormone therapy, genital affirming hormone therapy, genital examinations for acute, chronic, and preventive care needs (e.g. cervical and breast cancer screening, contraceptive methods, pregnancy testing, andSTIevaluation and management), you will play a key role in enhancing the overall health experience for our students. Additionally, your leadership will inspire our clinical staff to provide exceptional care, while your educational initiatives will empower students with knowledge about illnesses and preventive health care.
