Position: Engineered Product Assembly
Location: Hartland, WI

Position Overview: Assembles custom conveyors from start to finish.
Location: Hartland, WI and Sussex, WI
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Uses a variety of hand tools to assemble all components of the conveyor according to print/work order.
  • Inspects finished product for defects and performs quality checks.
  • Troubleshoots non-conforming parts throughout the assembly process.
  • Expedites orders as needed.
  • Collaborates with Engineers and Sales.
  • Performs 5S to maintain a safe and clean environment.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, Competencies, and Abilities:
  • A team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and solid blueprint reading skills.
  • Ability to deal with ambiguous/undefined problems.
  • Ability to be flexible and adjust priories to reflect changing needs or job demands.
  • Strong attention to detail.
Required Qualifications:
  • Highschool diploma or equivalent.
  • 2 + years of experience in a Manufacturing Environment is preferred.
  • 1 + years of assembly experience preferred.
  • Ability to lift/lower/push/pull up to 40 lbs. safely.
